2021 Tour Price

• 2021 Provence Tour Price – US$3,398 Per Person double/twin occupancy.
• Solo travelers and single occupancy room requests add US$580.
• A US$600 per person tour deposit secures your space.
• Once your tour is booked, the tour price is guaranteed, and will not increase.

2021 – Provence Tour Transfers and Hotel Details…Tour Begins & Ends

• Tour Begins and Ends – We provide complimentary transfers to/from both locations — Avignon TGV Rail Station and Marseille Airport on Day 1 and Day 6 of the Tour.

DAY 1 TRANSFER — We provide a 1:30 pm transfer from Marseille Airport and a 4 pm transfer from AVIGNON TGV Rail Station.

DAY 6 TRANSFER — We provide a 9 AM arrival transfer to Marseille Airport and a 12 pm (Noon) arrival transfer to AVIGNON TGV Rail Station followed by transfer to Avignon Centre rail station.

• Group size – Maximum 16 guests per tour date.
• Walkers & Non-Walkers – This tour is designed for and caters to BOTH walkers and non-walkers alike. Multiple daily options are available for ALL guests!
• Dietary requests – We cater to all dietary requirements (vegan, pescatarian, vegetarian) and all food allergies.

Provence Tour Hotel 

• 5-nights at Conde Nast recommended Hotel Gounod in historical Saint Remy-de-Provence for the entire 6-day/5-night tour.

TOUR DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS:

• A US$600 per person tour deposit payment secures your space(s) on any 2020 or 2021 tour.
• Remaining tour balance is due no later than 90 days before the tour departure date.
• If booking a tour 90 days or less before the tour departure date, you pay the per person tour deposit to book your chosen tour and date. We then email you an invoice to complete your tour balance payment within 72 hours of booking.
• You may transfer from one trip to another before trip departure without any penalty (excludes custom designed-private tours), as long as space is available on the tour date requested. OTBP must be notified of intent to switch no later than 60 days before booked tour departure date.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• 61+ days : Traveler forfeits US$400 per person.
• 31-60 days : Traveler forfeits US$1,000 per person.
• 0-30 days : Traveler forfeits 100% of the tour monies paid.
• No cancellation fee, if tour monies paid are put on hold towards a future trip.
• No-Show or cancellations received on tour departure day: Traveler forfeits 100% of tour monies paid.
